Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant discipline.
• Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Minimum of two (2) years of working experience in Human Resources.
• Good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and able to work as a team.
• Matured and able to work independently, with minimum supervision.
• Analytical thinking and skilled in problem-solving.

ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

• Manage and perform the full functions of the Company\'s human resources activities (i.e. recruitment selection, employee management, and employee exit process) and day-to-day operations of the Company.
• Candidate screening, conduct actual interview, and providing recommendations on next action.
• Maintenance and upkeeping the Company\'s human resources records.
• Assist with arrangement of on-boarding new employees
• Assist in the performance management process (i.e. conducting of performance review, staff performance counselling, etc.) as required.
• Assisting in developing, updating and implementing the Company\'s human resources policies (e.g. reward and disciplinary system, division and adaptation of job scope and responsibilities, operational workflow).

Operations

• Liaising with vendor and supplier, including liaising, negotiating, procuring office supplies and control office expenditures.
• Monitor, tracking and verifying supplier invoices and bills.
• To keep track of yearly renewal on Company business registration licensing, domain and website licensing and software licensing.
• To provide support in solving matters relating to store and office operations
