Engage in the full cycle of training process, such as map out annual training plans, design and develop training materials, evaluate training programs, and etc.
Stay up-to-date on new training methods, grants and techniques.
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records for all employees on a regular and timely basis. These records will involve the maintenance of both paper and HRMS system.
Monthly reporting on training related information, which includes the reporting of employee accreditation numbers.
Handling and dealing with employee\xe2\x80\x99s related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation & grievances process.
Ensure on-going compliance and statutory regulations affecting HR policies & guideline according to the Malaysian Labour Law.
Responsible for planning and execution of employee engagement activities.

What are we looking for:-
Candidate must possess Degree in Human Resource/Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in a similar role, as HR practitioner, in a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge in Malaysian Labor Laws and well verse with the current HR practices.
A good team player with good planning, organizing and communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
