Responsibilities
Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions which includes manpower planning, recruitment and selection, payroll, training and development, performance management, employee welfare administration, compensation/benefits and other HR related support service.
Provide secretarial and clerical support
Handle memo issuance, performance management, workflow management, career development and training
Prepare monthly records and reports
Set up all the SOP, system, KPI activities for internal team.
Participate in developing/ training departmental goals, objectives and systems.
Monitoring employee performance to ensure that they meet required standards of conduct and performance.
Provide feedback on an employee\'s skills where needed and addressing performance problems.
Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Admin as assigned.
