Job Description

• Knowledge of HR functions ( pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc )
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel ; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Assist in performance management processes
• Develop training and development programs
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures
• Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems

• Monthly basic pay ( Min RM4,500 - RM4,800 / Month )
• Guarantee performance salary increment at least RM450 - RM900 / year
• Guarantee annual leave can up to 30 days / year
• Guarantee outfit claim at least RM100 - RM200 / year
• Guarantee birthday allowance RM100 - RM200 / year
