Responsible for monthly payroll administration, monthly claim processing and all HR documentations related to clients and ensure accuracy and timely transaction.
Administer statutory deductions and payments, including EPF, SOCSO, IRB, Insurances, medical claims and loans to ensure timeliness, accuracy, regulatory and statutory compliance.
Attend to employee payroll queries and liaise with all government bodies relating to payroll matters.
Support internal and external audits ensuring deadlines are met and requests are responded timely and accurately.
Ensure appropriate internal controls, approval and validation checks are in place for the payroll processes.
Responsible for proper documentation and filling.
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Must be able to start immedietly
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field with experience
Able to use INFOTECH payroll system
Strong understanding of Employment Act 1955, HR and Admin practices and regulation.
Positive attitude, hardworking, trustworthy, multitasker, matured and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Resourceful, result-oriented, work well under pressure and committed to work long hours to deliver results.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels.
Ability to work independently and yet be a team player
Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ensure that KPI and all task assigned and deliverables are completed as per the timeline; or earlier.
