GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION Responsible for internal and external advertisement on job vacancies with prior instruction / consent from the Manager, Human Resources. Recruitment and selection of local / foreign workers to meet company\xe2\x80\x99s requirement. Responsible for the work permits of foreign workers. Ensure the permits are renewed on time and according to the government regulations. Attendance report tp verify and distribute to all workers before payroll to process and to ensure the salary credited to all workers on time. HANDLE FULL SPECTRUM OF HUMAN RESOURCE ADMIN/TRAINING 1. End-to-end Recruitment and selection cycle of local / foreign workers to meet company\xe2\x80\x99s requirement. 2. Assessment for confirmation of new employees / promotion. 3. Confidential letters on new appointments, promotions, confirmations, disciplinary action, etc. 4. Organize training programs for employees as planned under the company\xe2\x80\x99s Training Need Analysis. 5. Submit training claims to HRDF. FOREIGN WORKERS/HOSTEL 1. Responsible for the work permits of foreign workers. Ensure the permits are renewed on time and according to the government regulations. 2. Ensure the hostelites observe the company\xe2\x80\x99s rules and regulations. MEDICAL 1. Keep records of medical leave and medical expenses of employees. 2. Liaise with clinics and / or hospitals on employees\xe2\x80\x99 health. 3. Organize health activities for the company. PAYROLL 1. To update employee leave application before attendance to process. 2. To generate attendance report and verify their normal or night shift. 3. To verify any abnormal attendance with respective HOD 4. To distribute attendance report to workers before final verification example their overtime and submit the attendance report to Senior Manager Human Resource. 5. To ensure payroll to be done before 25th of the month.
