Job Description


1. Preparation for standard letters, e.g. appointment, confirmation, bonus, promotion, memo. 2. Promptly attend to staff queries pertaining to personnel matters. 3. Ensure that new employee particulars are entirely in their personal file according to the checklist. 4. Responsible for executing payroll-related activities, including processing regular pay-outs and maintaining payroll software and related statutory records. 5. Maintain the computerized Payroll System and ensure that staff particulars are accurately updated. 6. Prepare relevant reports as required by the Human Resource Manager. 7.Ensure that staff IC, staff info, bank account, EPF, SOCSO, and income tax numbers are correctly updated into the payroll system. 7. Any other duties as and when required by the Superior Etc. Requirements : Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or related (Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply) Bahasa Malaysia and English are compulsory
