Job Description

Position: Senior HR Executive Location: Cheras KL Working hours: 9-6pm alternative saturday half day Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 6,000 Job Responsibilities Prepare salary payroll and verify overtime calculation for the employees including all statutory contribution. Manage accurate attendance and leave record of the employees. Monitor unauthorized leave of the employees and take necessary disciplinary action when needed. Handle staff recruitment and process potential candidates for the position. Arrange relevant training course for the employees. Maintain and update the personal file for every employee. Review and update the employee handbook when needed. Organise regular company events such as annual dinner, company trip, team-building and etc. Prepare attendance report and absenteeism analysis on monthly basis and present in the management meeting when required. Handle staff performance assessment and prepare staff performance report for management review. Propose continuous improvement plan on staff attendance rate, motivation, productivity, efficency, knowledge enhancement and etc. Experiences Needed Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): UBS Payroll System Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. Knowledge in Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act would be an advantage
