Min 3 years above experience in related field is required for this position
Language Proficiency in both writing and oral Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
Experiences in Monthly Payroll processing
Computer Literate in SQL application & Payroll System and MS Excel
Strong Numerical skills
Good communication and good interpersonal
Able to multitask and remain motivation and positive
Well verse on Employment Act 1995
Responsibilities
Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin functions which include payroll, administration and other HR related support.
Adheres to payroll policy and procedures and complies with all relevant law
Consolidate and prepare monthly HR report for management review.
Handling and dealing with employee\'s related issues such as performance management, disclipline action and grievances.
Assist in PERKESO claim method.
Ensuring timely submission of statutory documents (EPF, PERKESO, EIS , LHDN & HRDF)
Responsible to deal with relevant government and statutory bodies to comply with government rules and regulation.
Prepare and maintain personnel files and HR documents including employment contracts, offer letters and employee data
Manage and maintain accurate attendance records, leave records and all HR related data.
