We are seeking a dynamic and professional Human Resource & Communications Executive to join our team in a hybrid working arrangement. This role involves overseeing and executing the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration.
Job Scope
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
Manage monthly payroll, expense claims, employee benefits, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Oversee the full recruitment and employment lifecycle, including job postings, interview coordination, offer issuance, contract renewals, onboarding, offboarding, and probation confirmation.
Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as confirmation, promotion, warning, and other official letters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel data.
Handle employee enquiries on HR-related matters, benefits, claims, and policies in a professional and timely manner.
Identify and coordinate relevant training and development programs to support employee growth and performance.
Plan and organize internal company events, meetings, and staff engagement activities to foster positive workplace culture.
Manage incoming calls and general communications, ensuring professional and courteous handling of all enquiries.
Redirect messages or requests to the appropriate departments or channels when necessary.
Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external communications via email, WhatsApp, and other official platforms.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or corporate communications.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Strong understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Positive, adaptable, and eager to contribute beyond defined responsibilities while growing with the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
