Arrangement of Puspakom check every 6 months for Southern Region
To maintain and responsible on renewing of Company certification and licenses for Southern Region
To ensure Southern Region office facilities in order and under timely maintenance
Access card management for all staff in Southern Region
Arrangement on office stationery, pantry items purchases and other office relevant items
To liaise with Finance & Accounts team on invoices or billing related office administration and HR functions
To maintain, track and lead in hostel management, uniform, safety shoe for employees
Human Resources
To compile and check monthly attendance records, leave, OT Form and any other documents related to payroll and submit to HQ
To assist on recruitment process such as arrangement of interview and proper documentations
To check on employee claim and liaise with Finance & Accounts team for payment arrangement
To ensure all employee data in Southern Region is up to date
To assist on training & development arrangement for Southern Region employees
Others
To assist & participate in any Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and also other Company activities such as sports, recreational, and community
To ensure compliance and adherence to the Company Safety & Health policies
To perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by superior
Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration with minimum 2 years of related working experience
Microsoft office proficiency
Must be able and willing to work in Johor Bahru
Must have high ethical standards and integrity
Able to communicate with all levels efficiently
Must be able and willing to travel to HQ (Shah Alam) when required from time to time
