Requirements
  • Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in managing employee performance, including performance appraisals and identifying training needs.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and benefits enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities

  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and HR system implementations.
