Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, assessments, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee personnel files and master data accurately. Support department heads in monitoring KPI performance, and coordinate training and coaching programs for staff development. Handle disciplinary issues, staff counselling, grievance management, and employee relations in compliance with Malaysian Labour Law and the Industrial Relations Act. Lead initiatives to enhance recruitment strategies, employee retention, and overall staff performance. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years working experience (preferably in retail, automotive, or service industries). Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Able to work independently, multitask, and solve problems effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. High level of confidentiality, integrity, and fairness in decision-making.
