Job Description

We are looking for HR Executive to be based in Klang.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing and selection. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources. Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and compliance with HR policies. Coordinate exit processes, including clearance, exit interviews, and knowledge transfer. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements during onboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems. Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. Support payroll processing, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks. Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external learning programs. Support performance management processes and employee development plans Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment. Support internal communication and HR campaigns that reinforce company values and culture. Ensure HR processes comply with Malaysian labor laws and company policies. Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a multinational corporation, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices. Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, training and engagement. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HRIS and MS applications.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
