Collect, validate, and consolidate payroll information with precision and attention to details to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities i.e such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS & LHDN
Manage HR Information System and maintain employee personal files to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Serve as the key contact person for employees to resolve any payroll and statutory related enquiries / issues.
Prepare HR monthly reports and submit to HQ within the dateline.
Update and maintain employees\xe2\x80\x99 attendance, leave / medical record and training records.
Conduct monthly check on staff lockers with assigned security personnel.
Monitor the requisition of part-time staff, overtime, and monthly attendance.
To initiate and process employee probation, confirmation and annual review.
Provide administration support as issuance of purchase request, stationery, staff welfare, insurance, food handler & typhoid update & etc
Manage all day-to-day HR administration matters and ensuring that it is completed on time.
Undertake any ad hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the Management
Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration role
Requirements
A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
Preferable Executives specializing in Human Resources / Admin or equivalent.
With 3 years relevant working experience in HR /Admin in Hospitality Industry
A team player with a high sense of responsibility, discipline, initiative and good organizational skills
Conversant with Employment Act and other statutory regulations
Computer literate
Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
