RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Human Resources Management matters and functions. Manage the Recruitment process for the Group, including overseeing the onboarding sessions for new hires. Handle matters related to foreign workers, including submission of documents to Immigration, renewal of work permits, insurance, and other related applications, as well as Hostel Management. Check and verify monthly overtime and staff movement. Develop and review HR Policies and Procedures as necessary. Experienced Industrial Relations, including handling disciplinary actions, addressing grievances, providing counseling, and managing staff misconduct. Manage and lead the utilization of the Human Resources Development Contribution fund. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 audit standards and OSHA regulations. Perform any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles. Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team. Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor laws. Strong organizational, work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Able to work in Kota Kemuning, Selangor willing to work on Saturday (Alternate) halfday
