Job Responsibility The Human Resource Executive for V&W Venture Sdn Bhd guide and manage human resources services, policies, and programs. Human Resource Executive consult with company leadership on organization design and restructuring, and also provide workforce analysis and planning. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities Leading Recruiting Activities Human Resource Executive coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and on boarding new employees. Human Resource Executive also oversee background checks and drug screens while ensuring compliance with local employment laws. Manage Employee Relations Human Resource Executive address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required. They work with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed. They also assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas. Plan and Hold Training Events Human Resource Executive design and implement training and development programs for hourly and salaried employees. This includes using their extensive knowledge of policies and working knowledge. Manage Payroll Human Resource ensure that employees have a systematic method for reporting work hours. They make certain that payroll taxes are paid in a timely fashion and manage miscellaneous payroll deductions. Drive Employee Engagement Strategy Human Resource Executive partner with department leaders to implement employee engagement strategies. This can include talent systems, mentoring programs, succession planning, and more. Manage Orientation for New Employees Managing new hire orientation and onboarding experiences for new employees is an essential responsibility for Human Resource Executive. They assist in the creation of internal company career paths. The onboarding process they create helps to identify high potential individuals, determine work abilities, and professional support needed to engage and retain new talent. Conduct Talent Assessments Giving career and talent assessments to individuals is a common responsibility for Human Resource Executive. They utilize leadership development strategies, tools, and processes to identify learning needs and employee competencies. The results of talent assessments are then used to fill key skill gaps. Evaluating talent helps talent development managers identify employee readiness, talent gaps, and retention risks. Measure Overall Training Effectiveness Establishing ways to measure the total effectiveness of all learning and development programs is a key responsibility of Human Resource Executive. They carefully monitor and report training data and statistics. After analyzing this information, talent development managers then focus on improving employee abilities and strengthening the skill set of a company s existing workforce. Performance Management and Disciplinary Actions Provide advise and guidance to Head of Department on performance management setting and organize review session within the set timeframe. Well known with Employment Act and necessary disciplinary actions based on case by case basis. Job Requirements Qualifications and Education Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or any business-related field. Min 2 years in similar capacity. Preferred Skills Human Resource Executive must proficient in computer software, budgeting and forecasting experience, project Management experience and knowledge of accounting and financial principles. Job Competencies Strategy development and execution - A solid grasp of organizational development and strategic direction guide efforts to align HR efforts with business goals. Process Analysis - Successfully examining and analyzing internal processes are essential to identify what is working within an organization s HR structure and which areas need improvement. Human Resources Management - Extensive experience in human resources management, including employee evaluations, contract negotiations, and conflict resolution are vital in this position. Team Coordination - Because frequently communicate with upper management, department managers, human resources are skilled at building and coordinating cross-functional teams. Communication and Presentation - Communication is key as Human Resource Executive present new initiatives and training materials across all levels of an organization.
