Job Description
- Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of experience in HR roles.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Malaysia.
- Superb oral and written communication, with the ability to handle and protect confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess own transport.
- Manage foreign workers\' employment and welfare matters.
- Manpower planning and talent acquisition to support the business expansion.
- Manage occupational safety and health programs and activities.
- Conduct counseling and manage employee performance and disciplinary issues.
- Maintain positive employee relations through engagement sessions and activities.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits.
- Assist and facilitate the training plan based on the business plan and talent needs.
