Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent.
Min 2 years of experience in HR roles.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Malaysia.
Superb oral and written communication, with the ability to handle and protect confidential information.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Possess own transport.
Responsibilities
Manage foreign workers\' employment and welfare matters.
Manpower planning and talent acquisition to support the business expansion.
Manage occupational safety and health programs and activities.
Conduct counseling and manage employee performance and disciplinary issues.
Maintain positive employee relations through engagement sessions and activities.
Manage employee compensation and benefits.
Assist and facilitate the training plan based on the business plan and talent needs.
