Key Responsibilities
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
: screening, interview scheduling, coordination and follow-ups.
Support
onboarding
and documentation for new employees.
Maintain & update
, performance review tracking and policy updates.
Handle general HR administrative duties and ensure process compliance.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
0-2 years HR experience (fresh grads welcome).
Good communication skills; able to interact with all levels.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, strong sense of confidentiality.
