1) Work closely with all HODs on the recruitment needs and the structures for their respective department from times to times.2) Assist in monthly payroll administrative and leave administrative.3) Liase with government office (IR department,Labor office and other related Government body)4) Ensure HRDF Grant submitted before the training and claim submission within one month after training completed.5) Update with any update on dismissal or termination rules and regulations from the government.6) Handle inquiries from staff for all HR related matters.7) Ensure the KPI evaluation for all staff are evaluate in proper manners.8) Deal with employment and welfare issues raised by employees.9) Manage compensation & benefits guidelines according to terms and conditions of employment with government regulation.
