Tanggungjawab

Recruitments and hiring.

• Handling and responsible for Recruitment, Orientation and on-boarding new Employees.
• Prepare on salary moderation for new hire and salary adjustment to ensure market competitiveness and management internal equity.
• Identifies hiring needs, develops job description, recruitment plan, organization chart. Oversee division/department accountabilities and operations including talent acquisition, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention and industrial relations.
• Conduct Exit Interview/Inquiry and employee offboarding process.
• Prepare on salary moderation for new hire and salary adjustment to ensure market competitiveness and management internal equity.
