Possess a full spectrum of HR knowledge, payroll, Malaysian Labor Laws, statutory requirements, and prevailing human resource practices; the Employment Act, 1955.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition, you will create a recruitment strategy supporting the company\'s goals and objectives. This includes developing a deep understanding of the company\'s culture, values, and mission and tailoring recruitment efforts to attract candidates who are a good IT.
Identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including job postings, social media, referrals, and networking: You will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential candidates using various methods, such as job postings on job boards, social media platforms, and referrals from existing employees. You must also be proficient in networking and building relationships to find candidates.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations; knowledge of the Employment Act, 1955.
Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues such as issuing a warning letter, monitoring disciplinary issues, performing investigations and etc.
Process monthly employee payroll and ensure a timely payout. Enter accurately and in a timely manner in the HR system for quick resolution and produce timely HR data.
