Job description

You are a strong contributor to the HR department, provide subject matter expertise, process HR operations matters and ensure that HR strategies are translated into action in the most effective and efficient way; in order to fulfil the purpose of the HR function.

• You support HR Manager and HR team on the daily operations.
• You support job applications process and co-ordination of interview etc. and new hire process.
• You are responsible for stock management and ordering of uniforms and HR related items.
• You are responsible in setting-up and maintenance of co-worker p-files
• You update information in HRIS for new hires.

You assist in preparation of KPI reports, HR report, various HR surveys, compilation of statistics etc.
