Job Description

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.

Support relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, exit interviews, and clearance.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable labor laws; monitor and support policy updates when required.

Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and promote a positive, engaged work environment.

Support performance tracking, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.

Coordinate internal and external training sessions and maintain training records.

Assist with payroll-related tasks, including attendance, leave tracking, part-timer wages, and intern allowance preparation

Key Competencies:

Good understanding of hospitality/tourism industry standards, operations, and workforce expectations.

Acceptable capability in end-to-end recruitment and talent selection aligned with organizational culture.

Good knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements.

Highly organized and diligent, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

effectively.

Deadline-conscious and disciplined, particularly when handling time-sensitive HR and payroll-related tasks.

Good verbal and written communication skills for engaging employees, management, and external

stakeholders.

High level of integrity in handling confidential matters and exercising ethical judgment.

Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to respond effectively to operational and industry changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
