CapTalent Consulting is an established human capital solutions company providing a range of services that enhances the human capital value of its clients. We are currently looking to fill the following position for our client, an established FMCG wholesaler and retailer of food, beverages and other consumer products.

HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE (Based in Kuantan, Pahang)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure employees welfare i.e. employee ID, access card and etc are well manage
  • Perform general and administrative duties.
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of office such as procurement of office & pantry supplies, provision of regular cleanliness and various maintenance services
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and upkeep the office filling documents and records for Admin & HR
  • Assist with administration of day-to-day office operation including utilities bills, receive and record correspondence letter/parcel, answer incoming calls.
  • To oversee and manage general administration services for office premises facilities such as cleanliness, upkeep and maintenance of reception, meeting rooms, washrooms, pantry, and stock of office assets.
  • Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of insurance policy, movement records, performance appraisal form and training schedules
  • Assist on preparation of movements letters and exit clearance for employees. (Transfer, Confirmation, Acceptance of resignation etc)
  • Assist on preparing all disciplinary letters and handle basic grievances
  • Manage HRIS enquiries from employees such as leave
  • Assist / organizes corporate events such as company\'s dinner, corporate trip, family day etc
  • Administers the HR procedures are adhered to
  • Assist on planning, implementation & monitoring on HR projects (i.e: system, policies & etc)
  • Provide guidance to department managers on employee related issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Business Admin, Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Female candidate, good in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Words and Power Point skills
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of people
  • Experience in HR principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Have integrity, accountability, passion and energy
  • 5.5 day-work week
Salary RM3,500. The position reports to the Head of HR based in Puchong, Selangor
