Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing monthly payroll and statutory deduction.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Recruiting new foreign worker and liaise with FW agents for recruiting new talent.
- Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Close monitor staff attendance, leave and their trends
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Collaborate with Goverments department related to employees matters.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Assign Adhoc task time to time as per request by management.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role at least 3 years experience.
- Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work in team.
- Salary : RM1800 *negotiable
- Location : Jitra, Kedah
- Working hours : 8.30am-5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
- Flexible schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Yearly bonus
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)
- Driving license (Preferred)
