Human Resource Executive

Job Description



The HR Executive supports the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, staff records maintenance, employee relations, and training coordination. This role also assists with performance tracking using systems like

Kakitangan

and

Vimigo

, and helps manage

HRDF training

documentation and claims.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment Support

: Handle job postings, screen candidates, arrange interviews, and prepare offer letters.

Onboarding & Documentation

: Assist with onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records.

Payroll Assistance

: Support monthly payroll tasks, verify attendance and leave using the

Kakitangan system

, and ensure statutory contributions are correct.

HR Administration

: Prepare HR letters (confirmation, promotion, increment, disciplinary) and assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws.

Performance Monitoring

: Assist in tracking staff goals and rewards using the

Vimigo system

and compile monthly evaluation reports.

Training & HRDF

: Coordinate HRD Corp training programs, handle eTRiS submissions, and manage related documentation and claims.

Employee Engagement

: Support staff engagement activities, handle basic employee issues, and maintain open communication.

HR Reporting

: Assist in preparing HR reports and supporting audits or internal reviews.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Diploma holders with strong HR experience may also be considered. Basic understanding of

Malaysian Employment Law

and

HRDF requirements

. Minimum 1

-2 years

of relevant working experience in HR. Experience using a

payroll system

is preferred. Hands-on experience or exposure to

HRDF / HRD Corp

training coordination is an advantage.

Key Competencies & Skills:



Detail-oriented

with strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Multitasking and time management abilities. Basic knowledge of

HRD Corp eTRiS portal

is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
