Job: Human Resource Executive Industry: Food and Beverage Location: M.M.B. Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), 5 Miles, jalan Penrissen Job Scope / Responsibilities: 1. Responsible in handling manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and development. Coordinate the recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing and new employee on board procedures. 3. Monitor and checking payroll provided by human resource admin. 4. Assist and work closely with head of department. 5. Responsible on company\xe2\x80\x99s training and development, such as develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support career growth and advancement. 6. Responsible in handling staff\xe2\x80\x99s KPI matter; such as checking, evaluate and tracking staff KPI submission. 7. To handle any ad-hoc projects as-and-when assigned by the management. Requirements: 1. At least 2 years and above of working experience in related field. 2. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human resource, management, business or related field. 3. Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. 4. Well verse with Sarawak Labour Ordinance and Industrial Act. 5. Adaptability to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 6.
