Assist the manager in handling the recruitment process and achieving recruitment targets which include monitoring the Manpower Requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, etc.
Explore and develop alternative recruitment channels to meet the manpower needs of the organization.
Compile Manpower Planning, Vacancies and Recruitment Status in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain database of talent supply to support data mining and sourcing of suitable candidates for vacancies in the company.
Coordinate consistent on-boarding programmes of new employees.
To undertake any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post and/or as directed/assigned from time to time by the HR Head.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of spoken and written English. The ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels.
