Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the manager in handling the recruitment process and achieving recruitment targets which include monitoring the Manpower Requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, etc.
  • Explore and develop alternative recruitment channels to meet the manpower needs of the organization.
  • Compile Manpower Planning, Vacancies and Recruitment Status in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain database of talent supply to support data mining and sourcing of suitable candidates for vacancies in the company.
  • Coordinate consistent on-boarding programmes of new employees.
  • To undertake any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post and/or as directed/assigned from time to time by the HR Head.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of spoken and written English. The ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels.
