  Job Responsibilities
  
  • Work in coordination with the COO to plan strategies and implement various HR changes
  • Assist in creating a culture of learning organization
  • Assist the Company in implementing the employee\'s retention program
  • Assist in planning and achieving the departmental KPI
  • Provide effective and proactive support to the manager across all aspects of HR operations
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the Staff Engagement in Company
  • Assist in provide advice, disseminate or clarification on HR policies to employees and to achieve consistency in policy interpretation.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
• 
  Required Skills and Qualifications
  
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1- 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including written and spoken English

  • Must be energetic, willing to learn and be flexible, going extra miles to achieve set goal
  • Ability to work independently under tight timeline and communicate effectively with all levels of staff
