Job Description

- Plans and executes the training program for all employees and maintains all employees\'s training records. -To take charge of employees welfare which includes hostels, healthy working environment, medical support -Formulate guidelines for wages and compensation benefit for employees -Enhance Public Relation with Government Bodies/ Agencies -EPF & SOCSO registration and matters related -Induction / Orientation of new employee co-ordination -Confirmation and focal review of employee co-ordination -Foreign workers- documentation, work permit -Notice Board updates -Resigantion and Suspension record -Bank account & related matter -Annual Leave and medical records -To provide training needs for all level of employees -To keep track of records of training and certificate -To maintain records of training carried out -To Liaise with Customs Department on shipping related activities e.g duties exemption etc
WINCO PRECISION ENGINEERING (MELAKA) SDN. BHD. was established in 1993. WINCO is located in Bukit Rambai Industrial Zone . feet of built-up area. We specialize in Precision Machining which is includes CNC Turning and Milling processes. We accept jobs on mass production and low volume if this job is constant and favouring our business. The infrastructure of WINCO is layer-out into two sections. There are CNC Milling and Conventional Drilling process. We also have a semi-automatic machine for Turning process only. CNC turning, Milling and Drilling are the major processes carried out for various types of products in the other two sections.
