Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admininstration, or related field
Minimum 2 years HR experiences, preferably in Manufacturing/ Production environment
Strong knowledge on Malaysian Labour Laws and HR best practices pertaining to immigration, insurance labour, relevant tax and others
Hands-on experience in payroll, HR systems, and statutory contributions
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with attention to detail
Must be a team player and possess a can-do attitude
Hands-on experience with SMETA and Social Accountability is a plus
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Maintain HR records, reports, and policies in line with the Employment Act
Handle payroll processing, statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF) and benefits administration
Support salary reviews, increments, and bonuses
Oversee all matters pertaining to immigration, KDN, JTK, Fomema and Myeg
Manage permit, passport and contract for foreign worker
Drive HR initiatives and employee engagement activities
Prepare documentation and support external and internal audits
Coordinate with immigration for applications and updates
Manage for worker hostel
Conduct training on social compliance, ethical trade practices, and company HR policies
Social Accountability representative for internal and external Audit

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
