Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Preparing letters with regards to HR issues such as staff confirmation, verification letter, visa application, testimonial, etc...
Employment pass application and renewals for foreign hires include; quota application, document submission to relevant country embassy, etc.
Expatriate application
Preparing and processing payroll include, but not limited to check and update attendances, leave records, process and checking.
Handle staff disciplinary issues include advice, counselling, verbal warning, and issue warning letter.
Arrange training, apply HRDF grant and claims as and when required.
Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity
Collaborate with various departments to identify and address HR-related needs.
Managing and delivering the day to day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks.
Job Requirement
Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting* Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
