Responsibilities: Human Resources
  • Search and match qualified candidates through all recruitment channel resources.
  • Follow up with preparation of document or proposal to management before deadline.
  • Follow up actions with candidates regarding the results of their interviews or on job interviews.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee\'s personnel files and leave balance.
  • Check and revise duty rosters prepared by the outlets to ensure alignment to operational needs.
  • Preparation of Counselling form, Warning letter & MEMO
  • Monitor staff attendance on weekly basis and preparing related report for lateness and absenteeism.
  • Handling all matters pertaining to foreign workers, including preparation and submission of new quota application, airport immigration clearance, work permit renewal, FOMEMA medical check- up, passport renewal, bank accounts, etc
  • Handle foreign workers, to clinics or hospitals for major medical issue or accidents.
  • Manage workers\xe2\x80\x99 accommodation and always ensure hostel condition compliance with Standard Minimum Housing Act 446
  • To be responsible for the overall condition of hostels and carry out inspection from time to time to ensure hostels are in good livable condition
  • To manage inventory of hostel equipment/furniture
  • Responsible for managing and updating foreign workers data and hostel occupants in the master file
  • Responsible for new staff orientation for foreign and local operation workers
  • To co-ordinate and execute recruitment activities for worker level of staff in the organization
  • To ensure compliance to all statutory requirements related to employment such as the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and etc
  • Any other related assignment as instructed from time to time
Administration
  • Lease with cleaner and service provider for office maintenance
  • Filling and managing the document arrangement within outlet and HQ.
  • Assist all the administrative task as when requested by the management.
  • Provide assistance in other HR and Admin duties and functions when required.
  • Execute ad hoc task as and when requested by the HOD / management.
Requirements :
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in full spectrum of managing foreign workers.
  • Well versed with Malaysian Labour Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices.
  • Able to work independently and meet datelines.
  • Time-management skills & Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Have experience dealing with JTK, JIM, KDN, FWCMS, ePLKS, MyEG, and relevant Foreign Embassies will be an added advantage.
  • Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
