Requirements : -Diploma and above -Familiar with current Employment Act. -Willing to learn / Responsible -Able to communicate and write in English and Malay. (Mandarin is advantage) -At least 1 to 2 years working experience in related field -Looking for a stable and permanent job -Prefer male candidates due to job scopes. Responsibility: -Responsible for handle daily and monthly Annual Leave planner. -Prepare offer letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, show course letter , Memo and other official letters . -Monthly conduct outlet spot check for 20 outlets.(must have own transportation) (car). -Responsible for hiring process. ( start from post ad, screening candidates, arrange interview, conduct interview) -Handle thumbprint of 20 outlets. -Manage the foreign workers. -Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying. -Assist in resolving any administrative problems. -Alias with government NGO. -Deal all employee inquiries. -Help for run the payroll collecting thumbprint from outlets , check attendance, deduct leave and calculate overtimes. -Answer calls from various department regarding their inquiries. - Perform other duties that given by management.
