Responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current;
Manages daily HR operations which mainly include recruitment, attendance management, payroll processing, training and performance review;
Expatriate/Foreign worker management, which include visa application/renew, tax reporting and ensure expatriate remain in legal compliance;
Team management and promote a positive company culture;
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above,
