Job Description

Job Responsibilities :-

• Proactively involve in recruitment and placement exercise in align with approved budgeted headcount for Head Office and Store Operations.
• Coordinate documentation administration ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with Company HR Policy. This includes preparation and submission of Employment Letters, Contracts, and service terms and conditions.
• Engage in diverse recruitment strategies such as walk-in interviews, participation in career fairs, and collaboration with local government bodies like Jobs Malaysia, Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, and Ministry of Human Resource for resource acquisition and recruitment initiatives.
• Assist Manager to liaise with department heads and store operations to manage staff discipline effectively, including conducting domestic inquiry when necessary.
• Foster strong employer-employee relationships by providing guidance and advice based on HR policies to ensure a conducive work environment.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc projects and assignments as required to support HR operations and organizational goals.

Job Requirements :-

• Degree in any discipline. A degree in Human Resources will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good command of both English and Malay languages
• Strong people skills with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with others.
• Independent and wiling to travel within the Klang Valley and outstation for nationwide recruitment initiatives and to attend to labor disputes.
