ResponsibilitiesThe Human Resource Executive is responsible for providing support in various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling. This role will also involve administrative duties and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.Recruitment and Staffing:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process, including distributing and collecting appraisal forms and scheduling performance review meetings.
Monitor and track employee performance and provide feedback to managers and employees.
Compensation and Benefits:

Provide information to employees about compensation and benefits, and handle related inquiries.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

HR Projects and Initiatives:
Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee satisfaction.
Conduct research and analysis to support HR decision-making and strategy development.
