Responsibilities
Provide full support to HR and administrative duties.
Update and maintain employee records and track staff movement.
Assist with monthly payroll data checking and payroll preparation.
Review and update HR policies and related documents.
Maintain the employee leave and clocking system.
Assist in data collation for statistical purposes.
Stay informed on the Employment Act.
Assist with corporate tax matters related to personal BIK.
Support expatriate-related matters.
Handle other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties.
