Job Description

Assist in handling full spectrum of HR recruitment functions which include job posting, souring for the candidates, pre-screening interview, arrange for the interview appointment, prepare appointment letters etc. Assist in payroll calculation and process coordination, preparing for payroll reports. To establish and maintain company\xe2\x80\x99s and employee\xe2\x80\x99s documents/records safely and confidentially while religiously updating the master database of each employee. Assist in preparing, completing and responding to HR formal letters or forms such as offer and confirmation letters, application registration, payment in lieu, letter of demand etc. Assist in maintaining the company\xe2\x80\x99s and employee\xe2\x80\x99s welfare through proactive suggestions, implementations, development of positive company culture, constant engagement and effective communication. Assist in planning the training and development programmes include developing performance development plans, organize training, prepare training materials, monitor and evaluates trainee\'s progress and development. To perform all HR related ad-hoc duties from time to time or as per assigned.
