Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or another equivalent.
At least 2 years working experience in Human Resource and Administration field/functions.
Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English
Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, Labour Laws and HR practices will be an added advantage.
Experience to handle company employee handbook.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel\xef\xbc\x8c Power Point applications.
Fast worker and able to multitask and take on new roles as and when assigned.

Responsibilities
Assist with the HR functions - Recruitment, Training, HR Analysis
Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., Conduct orientation training for new staff and factory workers, conduct exit interview sessions, coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions, assisting in the recruitment process which includes preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting candidates and etc).
Responsible for administrative matters, such office facility maintenance, office cleanliness, stationery order and security, etc.
Perform ad-hoc task assigned by the management.
