Salary Package: RM 3500 to RM 7000

Job Scope:

Talent Acquisition

• Managing recruitment and selection process
• Strategic planning for hiring personnel to foster a productive work atmosphere.
• Recruitment process including sourcing resumes, arranging interviews, offer management, reference check.
• Understand hiring managers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements by studying organization plans and objectives to meet the hiring expectations.
• Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through online job portals and various platform.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date recruitment and selection documentation.

Human Capital Management

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital management
• Consult executives on decisions impacting all management levels, fostering sustainable transformation within their business or company.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, eg. Employee Handbook, Employee Development Programmes, etc
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances
• Employee engagement activities, eg. Team Building activities
• Handle employee confirmation/probation extension/resignation process
• Identify training needs
• Performance Management

Job Requirements:

• Good interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
• Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Honest, ethical, and dependable
• Positive, go-getter attitude
• Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
• Stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in human resources, business administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resource Management
• Computer skills in Microsoft Suite and various Software programs
