HR job description \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling Payroll Administration (Responsible for staff payroll calculation to ensure timely processing of accurate payroll) \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for monitory staff performance and daily attendance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Updates of Leave Administration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Use Vimigo System \xe2\x80\xa2 Screen resumes and application forms \xe2\x80\xa2 Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates \xe2\x80\xa2 Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle foreign workers \xe2\x80\x93 Permit / Passport. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for disciplinary matters and other personnel related issues (Domestic Inquiry Cases) \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for apply / renewal licenses and permits related to the business operations of the company by monitoring the deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with government agencies such as JPJ, TNB, Telekom and etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain filing system for employee\xe2\x80\x99s records, as well as essential correspondences and documents(insurance, office equipment service maintenance) \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize and send company announcements - Office memorandum \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to monitor and maintain requirements for all administration works such as office equipment, Maintenance, courier services, and company invoice. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling, coordinating and liaising with third party vendors on documentation support and all other relevant matters involving administration task. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the use of supplies and equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment\xe2\x80\x99s. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues) \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR Objectives, purpose and achievements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend meetings and take minutes \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in organizing company events and careers days \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in any other duties assigned by the immediate superior. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare HR-related reports as needed
