Job Description
- At least 2 years related working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of employment law
- High integrity and sensitive towards confidential data management
- Able to work under pressure and also work well with all levels within the organization.
- Good attention to details
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Familiarity in eCommerce and/or Social Medias would be an advantage. Candidate who are eager and quick to learn would also be considered.
- Overseeing end to end process of recruitment and onboarding of new employees and/or affiliates for the organization.
- Developing programmes to enhance employee relations
- Managing employees\' compensation and benefits programs
- Support the company in enhancing employee experience and engagement
- Support and monitor affiliates\' activities involving live streaming
- Develop company employment policies and ensure that employees adheres to the policies and procedures.
- Advising management on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
- Recording and processing confidential information including payroll.
