Responsibilities
Overseeing end to end process of recruitment and onboarding of new employees and/or affiliates for the organization.
Developing programmes to enhance employee relations
Managing employees\' compensation and benefits programs
Support the company in enhancing employee experience and engagement
Support and monitor affiliates\' activities involving live streaming
Develop company employment policies and ensure that employees adheres to the policies and procedures.
Advising management on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
Recording and processing confidential information including payroll.
