Job Description

• Handle recruitment activities including screening of resumes, arranging interviews and conducting background checks
• Ensure timely processing of payroll and accuracy of all payroll data transactions
• Coordinate annual review and execution of yearly appraisal exercise
• Update employees\' personal data in the HR System and personal file
• Liaison with HR system vendors for system enhancement
• Administer employee leaves and claims
• Compilation of various Group reports
• Assist in employee engagement activities and departmental administration task

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years\' relevant experience in Human Resource
• Attentive to details and good time management
• A team player, pro-active and good communication skills
