1) Interview, recruit, hire and train new staff.
2) Manage HR operations of the company.
3) Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.
4) Advise Management on HR-related matters.
5) Manage Payroll Administrative for the company.
6) Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
7) Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of the company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
8) Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
9) Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software to the management.
10) Monitor HR department budgets for whole years. Requirement:
