Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
Assist and monitor and evaluate employee performance reviews.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Process payroll and manage benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
