The Human Resource Executive supports the human capital needs of the property management business by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll support, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies. 2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, job offers, and candidate onboarding.
Partner with department heads (e.g., Operations, Facilities, Leasing, Admin) to define job requirements.
Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Conduct orientation and induction sessions for new hires.

2.2 Employee Records & HR Documentation
Maintain accurate personnel files (digital and physical) in compliance with PDPA and company standards.
Prepare HR correspondences, employment contracts, appointment letters, increments, transfers, promotions, and exit documentation.
Ensure HR data integrity and confidentiality.

2.3 Payroll & Benefits Administration
Assist in monthly payroll calculations: overtime, allowances (e.g., travel, uniform), deductions, claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/LHDN).
Coordinate benefits administration: insurance, leave accruals, medical, and staff welfare programs.
Statutory Compliance (Malaysia):

Support performance appraisal cycles (goal setting, mid-year review, annual appraisal).

Promote employee engagement initiatives (team activities, recognition programs, wellness programs).
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary case management in accordance with company policy and Malaysian employment standards.

Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and SOPs.
Ensure HR practices align with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, Anti-Discrimination norms, and other relevant legislative requirements.
Facilitate workplace compliance audits and reporting.

2.8 HR Metrics & Reporting
Prepare monthly HR reports: manpower status, turnover rates, absenteeism, recruitment summary, training reports.
