Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS databases, and attendance records.
Collect feedback from employees and contribute ideas for improving employee morale and satisfaction.
Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
Prepare HR reports and metrics, such as headcount reports, turnover rates, and recruitment metrics, to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in HR processes and practices.
