Human Resource Executive

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the overall organizational objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with the organization\'s strategic goals.
  • Conduct workforce planning and analysis to ensure the organization has the right talent to meet its future needs.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Create and manage talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment and resolve workplace issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives, such as employee recognition programs, surveys, and communication channels.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of the organization\'s compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and market competitiveness in compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Identify training and development needs, and coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Ensure HR operations are efficient, accurate, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS systems, and other HR databases.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, and update HR policies and procedures accordingly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Benefits:
